At All Win Fresh, we are committed to delivering the best quality Indian mangoes to our customers. We offer free shipping to all our customers. We use reliable shipping partners to ensure that your order is delivered to your doorstep in a timely and efficient manner.

 

Once your order is placed, we will process and ship it within 24-48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please ensure that you provide us with the correct shipping address at the time of placing your order, as we will not be responsible for any delivery delays or errors due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

 

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for any delays or damages caused during transit.

 

Once shipped, delivery will be done in 2 to 3 days from the date of shipping. Please keep in mind that delivery times may vary depending on your location and other external factors beyond our control. We advise customers to track their order using the tracking number provided in the confirmation email for the latest updates on their order status. If you have any concerns or questions about your order, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support team, and we will do our best to assist you.

Return & Exchange Policy

At All Win Fresh, we take great care in ensuring that our products are of the highest quality. As our mangoes are highly perishable, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if you receive a damaged product, we will issue a refund. In order to be eligible for a refund, you must send us photos and videos of the damaged product and the box within 5 hours of receiving your order. We will not accept any claims after this time period.

If your claim is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days. Please note that the amount of the refund will only cover the cost of the damaged product.
